  • Strategy : Identified the areas for the promotion to the right TA such as BPO’s, Foreign Consulates, South Mumbai Restaurants, Deaf & Dumb Schools & NGO’s. Appointed 5 teams of 2 promoters each to promote via promotion material. In a way, developed a database for them for the next movie promotion.
